Hey everybody, it's Pastor Jonathan Shelley from Steadfast Baptist Church, and this is our last moments here at our old building, 700 West Bedford-Euless Road, and it was a big blessing being here, we really loved this building, it put a lot of money, effort, energy and love into this property, but unfortunately our landlord does not like the word of God, he does not like what's being preached behind the pulpit, and he's evicted us for sermons that have been preached at this church, specifically on topics like Leviticus 20-13 and Romans 1. And no matter how popular or unpopular the word of God is, it's the charge of a New Testament preacher to preach the word, the instant in season, out of season, to improve, rebuke, exhort of all long-suffering and doctrine. So it's not my job to choose what's popular, what people are going to like, but just to preach the Bible. And Jesus said, if you go into a house or an area and they're not going to receive your words, then you're just supposed to move on. And it says in Matthew chapter 10, I want to read a few verses for you, Matthew 10 verse 14, Whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when you depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet. Barely I say unto you, it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgment than for that city. So the Bible's saying when you're in an area, as small as a house or as big as a city, no matter what, when they reject you, they're not really rejecting you, they're rejecting the word of God. And when they reject the word of God, you're supposed to literally shake off the dust of your feet. And Jesus says he's going to hold that against them in the day of judgment. Also in Luke chapter number nine, in verse number five, it says, and whosoever will not receive you, when you go out of that city, shake off the very dust from your feet for a testimony against them. And because I believe the word of God to be literally true, that is exactly what I'm going to do. I'm going to take off my shoes here and I'm going to literally dust them off with all the filth and the abomination that's in this area, because they won't receive the word of God. They apparently love Satanists and God hating sodomites more than men, women and children who love the word of God. And so the Lord Jesus Christ is going to hold this against them in the day of judgment. Well, God bless you guys. I hope you can pray for us. We're looking forward to our new space. Come see us in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. God bless you. Have a great day.
