So, anyway, Genesis 14 says that when Abram heard that his brother was taken captive, he armed his train servants, born in his own house, three hundred and eighteen, and pursued them unto Dan. Now, how many kings were there? There was a lot of kings, and I'm sure they had a lot of people battling with them. Abraham had three hundred and eighteen. I don't know what that number signifies, so don't even ask me. I know John 3.18 is a good verse, but anyway, I'm not trying to get into an ouroborology here. So, but you know, Abraham, I think it's just showing that Abraham had few men. How many men did Gideon have when he destroyed that whole army? Three hundred men. Right? And so God can do a lot of things with a small amount of people, and so that's why I say number two, little is much if God is in it. Look, if God's going to be in this church, and the people here are going to be doing the things that God wants, God is going to be in it. God is going to be with our church as we go out and spiritually conquer this valley. Right? And so, you know, the church might not ever get huge by the world's standards. You know, people like to criticize churches like ours and say, oh, they're a tiny little church. Well, that tiny little church down in Phoenix has had thousands and thousands of people saved. All over the world, all over the country, and you know, there's lots of different, you know, we've had, you know, thousands of people saved in our ministry. Last year during the mega-marathon, there was three thousand people saved in one day. And that was from all the churches just banding together and having people in all these different states and all these different countries rise up and go sowing for one day, for a whole day, and three thousand people were saved. And we're trying to beat that number this year. But even if we don't, even if we get twenty-five hundred, it's still a great day for God's Kingdom, amen? And so, you know, with three hundred and eighteen people, Abraham went and he slaughtered those kings. You know, and the title of my sermon is The Slaughter of the Kings. Look, I'm here to slaughter the kings. I'm here to slaughter the kings that are in this area, alright, the ones that are teaching false doctrine and wicked things. And turn to Deuteronomy chapter thirty-two, verse thirty. Deuteronomy thirty-two, verse number thirty. I'll make it easy on you, it's one of the first books in the Bible, okay? Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy, the fifth book in the Bible. Turn to Deuteronomy thirty-two, verse thirty. See with a small number of people, there's thirty people here tonight. I rounded it up, it was actually twenty-nine. So that's the way Baptists round numbers up, so there's actually I think twenty-nine here tonight. But anyway, you know the Bible says in Deuteronomy thirty-two, thirty, it says how should one chase a thousand and two put ten thousand to flight, except the rock had sold them and the Lord had shut them up. See all over the Bible there's numerous battles where God just took a small amount of people and crushed gigantic armies. Okay, why? Because if the rock is with us, then we're undefeatable. You can't touch us, you can't hang with our stuff. There's thirty people here but a whole army can't fight us if God's on our side, right?
