Alright, continuing our series on pictures of the Antichrist, and maybe I might need to break this up a little bit, 36:29.780 --> 36:39.780 but this is the last one I have for like a full sermon for someone that, you know, that I'm going to use a whole sermon for that one person. 36:39.780 --> 36:47.780 I'm probably going to do one of the dishonorable mentions of different people that I think are unsaved, 36:47.780 --> 36:54.780 and then I'm going to do a sermon where I have some people that are saved that still picture him, 36:55.780 --> 37:00.780 and then I'm going to do the last one that's going to be about the Antichrist himself. 37:00.780 --> 37:06.780 So, there's a lot of people that picture him in just maybe one small way, or there's one brief mention, 37:06.780 --> 37:13.780 and so I kind of, that's kind of the way I broke it up in my mind, but this is the last full-length sermon for one particular person. 37:13.780 --> 37:23.780 So we've already had Nimrod, who pictures the Antichrist, he's the first one, and then we had Pharaoh, king of Egypt, 37:23.780 --> 37:31.780 and then we had Nebuchadnezzar last time, king of Babylon, and then now we're going to cover a New Testament character named Judas, 37:31.780 --> 37:40.780 who's prophesied in the Old Testament to be this wicked person that, you know, there's many curses about in the Bible. 37:40.780 --> 37:49.780 David, through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, wrote of him in the Psalms, more than one Psalm actually, 37:49.780 --> 37:58.780 and then you have other references to him, and we'll look at one of those tonight in one of the, in the prophet Zechariah. 37:58.780 --> 38:04.780 But, pictures of the Antichrist, this is part four, and we're going to be discussing Judas. 38:04.780 --> 38:10.780 So, the reason why I chose John chapter 17, which is a beautiful chapter, by the way, about God caring for us, 38:10.780 --> 38:14.780 and Jesus praying for us, and that we should be in the world, but not of the world, 38:14.780 --> 38:21.780 and he doesn't pray that we should be taken out of the world, but that, you know, we're, he basically wants us to be able to be in the world, 38:21.780 --> 38:29.780 but be effective without being succumbed to the allures of the world, and it's really a difficult thing that Christians have to do, 38:29.780 --> 38:35.780 and especially as the times get dark, and obviously there's been dark times for many, many years, 38:35.780 --> 38:43.780 but it seems to be growing darker, maybe not with the persecution so much as far as we know in our country, 38:43.780 --> 38:48.780 because I mean, really in all reality, other countries, we don't really hear a lot of news. 38:48.780 --> 38:55.780 I mean, when's the last time, you know, unless it's like fake news from like Russia, and whatever that war that's going on over there right now. 38:55.780 --> 39:01.780 It's probably like a wag the dog war or something, but anyway, Ukraine is what I meant. 39:01.780 --> 39:08.780 But, anyhow, in this chapter you have in verse number 12, John, of John 17, it says, 39:09.780 --> 39:16.780 While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name. Those that thou gavest me I have kept, 39:16.780 --> 39:24.780 and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition that the scripture might be fulfilled. 39:24.780 --> 39:30.780 So, that's the reason why I chose this, because there's a particular term that he, that Judas is called, 39:30.780 --> 39:34.780 and it's talking about Judas here, there's no doubt about that, but it, notice that it says, 39:35.780 --> 39:42.780 But, the son of perdition, and that son of perdition is a term that's used for Judas Iscariot, 39:42.780 --> 39:45.780 but it's also a term that's used for the Antichrist. 39:45.780 --> 39:53.780 No other person in scripture is mentioned by the term, the son of perdition, besides Judas and the Antichrist. 39:53.780 --> 39:59.780 Now, the Bible talks about other people being in perdition, and basically what perdition is, 40:00.780 --> 40:08.780 it means, like, utter destruction, eternal damnation, it's another synonym for hell, 40:08.780 --> 40:13.780 and so basically, you know, if you really want to, you know, maybe interpret it another way, 40:13.780 --> 40:20.780 or by another synonym, it would be the son of hell, or the son of destruction, or eternal damnation. 40:20.780 --> 40:26.780 So, it's not a good term. When someone goes into perdition, that means that they're lost and damned forever. 40:26.780 --> 40:32.780 Okay? And so, and we know that Judas was a devil from the beginning, right? 40:32.780 --> 40:39.780 He was always lost. A lot of people will say, well, Judas was saved, you know, he lost his salvation. 40:39.780 --> 40:44.780 It's like, no, no, no he didn't. He never had it to begin with. 40:44.780 --> 40:51.780 So, what do we know about Judas? Well, Judas is a very wicked character in the Bible, 40:51.780 --> 40:55.780 but you don't really see a lot of what he does until the very end, 40:55.780 --> 41:02.780 because Judas was hand chosen by the Lord as one of his disciples and apostles, 41:02.780 --> 41:08.780 and as far as everybody else knew, Judas was, you know, a saved guy. 41:08.780 --> 41:14.780 You know, he was one of the preachers that was sent out by Jesus, and he sent them out to do many different things, 41:14.780 --> 41:19.780 and he was actually the treasurer. He was the secretary, so to speak, of them. 41:19.780 --> 41:27.780 He carried the bag of money around with him, and so anything that was donated to them went straight into the bag that Judas held, 41:27.780 --> 41:34.780 and he liked having that position. He liked being able to hold the money and be in charge of the money, 41:34.780 --> 41:38.780 because he was a thief. So, we'll get into that more as we get into the sermon, 41:38.780 --> 41:41.780 but what do we know, what else do we know about Judas? 41:41.780 --> 41:44.780 We know about Judas that he betrayed the Lord with a kiss. 41:44.780 --> 41:51.780 He sold Jesus Christ for 30 pieces of silver to his enemies that wanted to kill him, 41:51.780 --> 41:56.780 and he was a big time pretender and hypocrite. 41:56.780 --> 41:59.780 So, usually, you know, when the Bible talks about people being hypocrites, 41:59.780 --> 42:06.780 obviously anybody can be a hypocrite by, you know, you say you believe this, but you did this, or whatever, 42:06.780 --> 42:10.780 but usually a hypocrite, when it's talking about a hypocrite in the Bible, 42:10.780 --> 42:16.780 it's talking about someone that's pretending to be something that they really are not, 42:16.780 --> 42:21.780 and it's someone that's pretending to be, you know, in this case, of Judas, 42:21.780 --> 42:24.780 he's pretending to be saved when he actually isn't. 42:24.780 --> 42:28.780 He's pretending to be an apostle and a preacher when he actually isn't. 42:28.780 --> 42:32.780 He's a wicked person that is trying to get something. 42:32.780 --> 42:36.780 He's a con man. He's trying to steal God's money, 42:36.780 --> 42:41.780 and then he's also, in the end, when he doesn't get what he wants, 42:41.780 --> 42:44.780 you know, over one seemingly trivial thing, 42:44.780 --> 42:49.780 he just hands Jesus Christ the Lord over for 30 pieces of silver, 42:49.780 --> 42:52.780 which is the price of a slave. 42:52.780 --> 42:54.780 It's the price of a man. 42:54.780 --> 43:00.780 So, he basically sold his hide, and it says that the scripture might be fulfilled, 43:00.780 --> 43:05.780 and I don't even have time to get into all the scripture about the fulfilling of Judas 43:05.780 --> 43:06.780 and all this other stuff. 43:06.780 --> 43:14.780 What I want to mainly focus on is how Judas is like the Antichrist in three different ways tonight. 43:14.780 --> 43:19.780 So, the first way is that Judas is called the son of perdition, 43:19.780 --> 43:23.780 and the Antichrist is also called the son of perdition, 43:23.780 --> 43:25.780 and that's the only time that this happens. 43:25.780 --> 43:28.780 It's not like it's a common theme. 43:28.780 --> 43:31.780 So, how is Judas like the Antichrist? 43:31.780 --> 43:35.780 Well, the Antichrist has this same title about him. 43:35.780 --> 43:40.780 So, in the case of Judas, he appeared to be saved, 43:40.780 --> 43:43.780 and people thought he was saved, but he was never saved. 43:43.780 --> 43:45.780 So, let's turn to 2 Thessalonians 2, 43:45.780 --> 43:50.780 and we'll look at where the Bible calls the Antichrist this same thing. 43:50.780 --> 43:52.780 We'll look at 2 Thessalonians 2, verse number 1. 43:52.780 --> 43:53.780 The Bible says, 43:53.780 --> 43:56.780 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, 43:56.780 --> 44:00.780 and by our gathering together unto him, 44:00.780 --> 44:04.780 that ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, 44:04.780 --> 44:09.780 neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter, as from us, 44:09.780 --> 44:11.780 as that the day of Christ is at hand. 44:11.780 --> 44:15.780 So, what is he, he's warning people not to be deceived, 44:15.780 --> 44:18.780 and, you know, Christ is not going to be able to come, 44:18.780 --> 44:20.780 except for certain things happen first. 44:20.780 --> 44:22.780 It says in verse 3, 44:22.780 --> 44:25.780 Let no man deceive you by any means, 44:25.780 --> 44:30.780 for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, 44:30.780 --> 44:35.780 and that man of sin be revealed the son of perdition. 44:35.780 --> 44:40.780 So, here is where the man of sin, otherwise known as the Antichrist, 44:40.780 --> 44:42.780 is called the son of perdition, 44:42.780 --> 44:45.780 and so that means basically the son of destruction, 44:45.780 --> 44:50.780 or the son of damnation, or the son of, you know, the son of hell, 44:50.780 --> 44:54.780 however you want to say that, but it basically means that this person, 44:54.780 --> 45:01.780 I think this title is given because there's no doubt that this person's going to hell. 45:01.780 --> 45:04.780 Okay? His end is hell. 45:04.780 --> 45:08.780 Judas' end was hell, and, you know, the Bible actually says about Judas, 45:08.780 --> 45:12.780 it would be better for that man that he was never born. 45:12.780 --> 45:16.780 That's a pretty scary thing to have something said about you like that. 45:16.780 --> 45:19.780 It's better for this man that he was never born. 45:19.780 --> 45:23.780 So, it sounds like his punishment in hell is pretty bad, 45:23.780 --> 45:27.780 and so when it gives the same title to the Antichrist here, 45:27.780 --> 45:32.780 the son of perdition, it's basically saying the same thing about him, isn't it? 45:32.780 --> 45:35.780 And so, it says, 45:35.780 --> 45:40.780 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, 45:40.780 --> 45:44.780 or that is worshipped, so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, 45:44.780 --> 45:46.780 showing himself that he is God. 45:46.780 --> 45:48.780 So, this guy is pretty bad. 45:48.780 --> 45:50.780 I mean, Jesus Christ was betrayed by Judas. 45:50.780 --> 45:52.780 He was betrayed with a kiss. 45:52.780 --> 45:55.780 You know, he called, Jesus called Judas his friend. 45:55.780 --> 45:58.780 He was close with all the disciples, 45:58.780 --> 46:01.780 and if you notice that Jesus treated Judas good the whole time, 46:01.780 --> 46:03.780 that he was with him. 46:03.780 --> 46:06.780 Even though he knew what he was going to do to him someday, 46:06.780 --> 46:08.780 even though he knew how bad he was, 46:08.780 --> 46:11.780 he still treated him and called him friend. 46:11.780 --> 46:13.780 Because he even said to Judas in the garden, he said, 46:13.780 --> 46:16.780 Friend, wherefore art thou come? 46:16.780 --> 46:19.780 He called him friend right before he kissed him. 46:19.780 --> 46:23.780 And so, Judas is a man that kissed the very door of heaven 46:23.780 --> 46:25.780 and went straight to hell, right? 46:25.780 --> 46:28.780 So, it says, Remember ye not that when I was with you, 46:28.780 --> 46:31.780 I told you these things? 46:31.780 --> 46:35.780 So, in this series, I've been trying to show how these different people 46:35.780 --> 46:37.780 picture the Antichrist in different ways, 46:37.780 --> 46:39.780 because there's a lot to the Antichrist. 46:39.780 --> 46:41.780 There's a lot to all the end times. 46:41.780 --> 46:44.780 And so, I've been teaching about end times 46:44.780 --> 46:46.780 within the frame of this also, 46:46.780 --> 46:48.780 and some things have overlapped, 46:48.780 --> 46:49.780 but this is something new. 46:49.780 --> 46:51.780 This is not something of any of the characters 46:51.780 --> 46:53.780 that have this specific thing alike. 46:53.780 --> 46:57.780 So, I'm trying to focus on the things that these characters have. 46:57.780 --> 47:02.780 I mean, they all picture that one world guy, except for Judas. 47:02.780 --> 47:03.780 Judas doesn't picture him in that way, 47:03.780 --> 47:04.780 but he pictures him in other ways. 47:04.780 --> 47:07.780 He pictures him as a great pretender 47:07.780 --> 47:10.780 that people think is something great that really isn't. 47:10.780 --> 47:17.780 So, I just want to show you some examples of the term perdition, 47:17.780 --> 47:21.780 and let's turn over to 1 Timothy 6, verse 5. 47:21.780 --> 47:24.780 I want to show you some examples and kind of read you 47:24.780 --> 47:27.780 some scriptures about Judas here in between. 47:27.780 --> 47:29.780 So, we kind of get a grasp on this. 47:29.780 --> 47:36.780 A lot of times the Bible will say terms that help us define the word for us, 47:36.780 --> 47:39.780 but in 1 Timothy 6, 5 it says, 47:39.780 --> 47:43.780 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds 47:43.780 --> 47:44.780 and destitute of the truth, 47:44.780 --> 47:50.780 supposing that gain is godliness, from such withdraw thyself. 47:50.780 --> 47:53.780 So, if we know someone's like that, we should stay away from them, 47:53.780 --> 47:55.780 but isn't that what Judas was like? 47:55.780 --> 48:00.780 I mean, they didn't know he was like that, but that's what he was. 48:00.780 --> 48:04.780 His very character was supposing that gain was godliness. 48:04.780 --> 48:06.780 And it says, if we see people like that, 48:06.780 --> 48:09.780 we're supposed to withdraw ourselves from that person. 48:09.780 --> 48:12.780 But godliness with contentment is great gain, 48:12.780 --> 48:16.780 for we brought nothing into the world, and as certain we can carry nothing out. 48:16.780 --> 48:19.780 And having food and raiment, let us be there with content. 48:19.780 --> 48:24.780 The Bible's warning us not to get sucked into this world, 48:24.780 --> 48:26.780 into the things, because we can't carry them out. 48:26.780 --> 48:28.780 We can't take our riches with us. 48:28.780 --> 48:30.780 We can't take anything with us. 48:30.780 --> 48:31.780 That's why Job said, 48:31.780 --> 48:34.780 Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked thither shall I return. 48:34.780 --> 48:38.780 Because once you die, you might be buried in clothes, 48:38.780 --> 48:43.780 but I mean, maybe you're a naked soul baby or something up in heaven, I don't know. 48:43.780 --> 48:44.780 No, I'm just kidding. 48:44.780 --> 48:49.780 But you can't carry it with you is basically the point. 48:49.780 --> 48:51.780 And even if you're dead and buried and you have a suit on, 48:51.780 --> 48:53.780 you're not carrying it with you anywhere, 48:53.780 --> 48:57.780 because your soul leaves your body and goes to hell or goes to heaven, right? 48:57.780 --> 49:01.780 So, it says in verse 9, 49:01.780 --> 49:05.780 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare 49:05.780 --> 49:08.780 and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, 49:08.780 --> 49:13.780 which drown men in destruction and perdition. 49:13.780 --> 49:17.780 So, I used to kind of take this to mean that this is talking about Christians, 49:17.780 --> 49:20.780 but in the context, it's really not talking about Christians, is it? 49:20.780 --> 49:24.780 It's talking about someone that's a wicked person. 49:24.780 --> 49:31.780 There are these people that preach that name it, claim it. 49:31.780 --> 49:33.780 If you're a Christian, you should be rich, 49:33.780 --> 49:36.780 and if you're not, there's something wrong with your faith and stuff like that. 49:36.780 --> 49:41.780 So, the Bible has the opposite opinion. 49:41.780 --> 49:44.780 It's not teaching us to be like that at all. 49:44.780 --> 49:47.780 But it says destruction and perdition. 49:47.780 --> 49:52.780 So, lust of money can stop someone from getting saved. 49:52.780 --> 49:56.780 It can stop people from actually choosing to believe on Christ, 49:56.780 --> 49:59.780 even like the rich young ruler who came to Jesus. 49:59.780 --> 50:00.780 And when Jesus said, 50:00.780 --> 50:03.780 Sell everything that you have and come and follow me, 50:03.780 --> 50:08.780 he went away sorrowful because he had a lot of stuff, didn't he? 50:08.780 --> 50:09.780 He was a rich man. 50:09.780 --> 50:13.780 So, you know, but the Bible defines the word for us right here, 50:13.780 --> 50:15.780 destruction and perdition. 50:15.780 --> 50:24.780 So, it'll say affliction and it'll say just other things and God and our Lord Jesus Christ. 50:24.780 --> 50:26.780 So, it's saying that they both are the same thing, basically. 50:26.780 --> 50:31.780 So, but it says, For the love of money is the root of all evil, 50:31.780 --> 50:35.780 which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith 50:35.780 --> 50:38.780 and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 50:38.780 --> 50:41.780 So, someone, you know, someone that errs from the faith, 50:41.780 --> 50:45.780 like, you can't lose your salvation, right? 50:45.780 --> 50:51.780 So, this is just showing that people that actually end up going into hell, 50:51.780 --> 50:53.780 they might seem like a godly person. 50:53.780 --> 50:55.780 They might say that they're a godly person. 50:55.780 --> 50:57.780 They might say that they're saved. 50:57.780 --> 51:00.780 But really, something stops them from being saved 51:00.780 --> 51:04.780 and they kind of veer off the path of what's true and right. 51:04.780 --> 51:06.780 So, it says they've erred from the faith. 51:06.780 --> 51:08.780 They're not in it. 51:08.780 --> 51:12.780 If someone's in perdition, then they, at some point, decided, 51:12.780 --> 51:16.780 I'm not going to get saved. I'm going to do something different here. 51:16.780 --> 51:18.780 So, turn to John chapter 12. 51:18.780 --> 51:20.780 John chapter number 12. 51:20.780 --> 51:24.780 And we'll see a little story here about Judas. 51:24.780 --> 51:27.780 It says in John chapter 12 verse 4, 51:27.780 --> 51:32.780 Then saith one of his disciples, Judas Iscariot, Simon's son, 51:32.780 --> 51:35.780 which should betray him, 51:35.780 --> 51:41.780 Why was not this ointment sold for three hundred pence and given to the poor? 51:41.780 --> 51:43.780 So, he's one of these hyper spiritual guys, too. 51:43.780 --> 51:47.780 He's like, he's trying to cover up the fact that he wants to steal this money 51:47.780 --> 51:52.780 because this woman has taken basically the equivalent of a year's wages, 51:52.780 --> 51:54.780 cracked open the box, 51:54.780 --> 51:59.780 and wiped and anointed Jesus Christ with this very costly spikenard, 51:59.780 --> 52:01.780 this very costly ointment, 52:01.780 --> 52:06.780 and she was doing a good work unto him, preparing Jesus for his burial, basically. 52:06.780 --> 52:10.780 And so Judas is so mad about this, 52:10.780 --> 52:15.780 he says, Why was not this ointment sold for three hundred pence and given to the poor? 52:15.780 --> 52:19.780 And then it says, This he said, not that he cared for the poor, 52:19.780 --> 52:25.780 but because he was a thief and had the bag and bare what was put therein. 52:25.780 --> 52:29.780 So he's trying to look spiritual, he's trying to look good, 52:29.780 --> 52:31.780 he's trying to look, you know, 52:31.780 --> 52:36.780 he's basically just like all these people that have these homeless ministries all over the place 52:36.780 --> 52:39.780 where they're like, you know, we care about people, 52:39.780 --> 52:41.780 but they're really not helping them. 52:41.780 --> 52:43.780 They're just making them worse. 52:43.780 --> 52:47.780 They're just making them camp in some neighborhood where they have their little ministry 52:47.780 --> 52:51.780 and then they just come and leave their trash all over the place, 52:51.780 --> 52:54.780 and I know I get on this subject a lot, but it's true. 52:54.780 --> 52:57.780 But Judas was a lot like those people, 52:57.780 --> 53:03.780 and most of the time those places that have all these different types of ministries like that, 53:03.780 --> 53:06.780 they don't really have a salvation ministry. 53:06.780 --> 53:08.780 What is their salvation? 53:08.780 --> 53:13.780 Come back next week and hear our sermon about how you have to repent of all your sins, 53:13.780 --> 53:16.780 and if you don't stay within our program, then you're lost. 53:16.780 --> 53:19.780 Because that's what they teach. 53:19.780 --> 53:24.780 That if you're, unless you're working the program, you're not really saved. 53:24.780 --> 53:25.780 You've lost your salvation. 53:25.780 --> 53:28.780 We've had people come to our church that said that that's what they teach. 53:28.780 --> 53:31.780 I've gone, you know, those places they have downtown, 53:31.780 --> 53:36.780 they'll have people come and preach to them all the time as long as your message is always positive. 53:36.780 --> 53:41.780 But like when you start getting negative, like of course we did, 53:41.780 --> 53:43.780 then they don't want you to come back. 53:43.780 --> 53:44.780 Amazing how that happens. 53:44.780 --> 53:46.780 They don't need to be taught about hell. 53:46.780 --> 53:48.780 They need to be uplifted. 53:48.780 --> 53:49.780 No? 53:49.780 --> 53:54.780 Yeah, they do need to be uplifted out of the garbage pit that they're sinking into, 53:54.780 --> 53:56.780 and they need to get saved. 53:56.780 --> 53:59.780 So, anyway, Hebrews chapter 10. 53:59.780 --> 54:00.780 Let's turn to Hebrews chapter 10. 54:00.780 --> 54:07.780 So Judas was just a bad, you know, this is a red flag here of, 54:07.780 --> 54:11.780 maybe the disciples should have saw this as a red flag, 54:11.780 --> 54:15.780 because he's sitting there challenging the Lord about this, 54:15.780 --> 54:18.780 and then Jesus kind of rebukes him and says, you know, 54:18.780 --> 54:22.780 she's done this first, you know, she's done a good work, leave her alone. 54:22.780 --> 54:26.780 And then he says that it's going to be told as a memorial, you know, 54:26.780 --> 54:30.780 for this woman for the great kindness she showed unto him. 54:30.780 --> 54:32.780 Hebrews 10, 38 says, 54:32.780 --> 54:37.780 Now the just shall live by faith, but if any man draw back, 54:37.780 --> 54:41.780 my soul shall have no pleasure in him. 54:41.780 --> 54:44.780 So the just is supposed to live by faith. 54:44.780 --> 54:47.780 People that are saved, if you're just, you're saved. 54:47.780 --> 54:50.780 If you're just, you live by faith. 54:50.780 --> 54:51.780 You're saved by faith. 54:51.780 --> 54:52.780 It says, 54:52.780 --> 54:56.780 But if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. 54:56.780 --> 55:00.780 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition, 55:00.780 --> 55:03.780 but of them that believe to the saving of the soul. 55:03.780 --> 55:05.780 You see how that's an opposite thing right there? 55:05.780 --> 55:09.780 So the people that draw back unto perdition, those people are not saved. 55:09.780 --> 55:12.780 It's not saying that like, you know, they're on their way to doing something good, 55:12.780 --> 55:15.780 or they are saved and they just draw back into perdition. 55:15.780 --> 55:18.780 If you're in perdition, you're going to hell. 55:18.780 --> 55:20.780 That's what it means. 55:20.780 --> 55:24.780 But of them that believe to the saving of the soul. 55:24.780 --> 55:26.780 So it's giving us some opposite here. 55:26.780 --> 55:27.780 Perdition is not a good word. 55:27.780 --> 55:32.780 So if your name is the, if one of your titles is the son of perdition, 55:32.780 --> 55:34.780 that's a bad title to have. 55:34.780 --> 55:38.780 Look at John 664, John 664. 55:38.780 --> 55:43.780 I find this, I mean I know that the numbers and everything were put in later in the chapter divisions, 55:43.780 --> 55:49.780 but it's just funny how these chapter divisions here play out a little bit here in John 664. 55:49.780 --> 55:50.780 It says, 55:50.780 --> 55:54.780 But there are some of you that believe not, 55:54.780 --> 56:01.780 for Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not and who should betray him. 56:01.780 --> 56:02.780 So what's he saying? 56:02.780 --> 56:05.780 Number one, he knew who, he knew from the beginning. 56:05.780 --> 56:11.780 So when he picked Judas, he knew that he was bad, didn't he? 56:11.780 --> 56:14.780 He knew from the beginning that he believed not, 56:14.780 --> 56:17.780 and that he's going to betray him. 56:17.780 --> 56:20.780 He knew these things, the Lord knew it. 56:20.780 --> 56:21.780 And it says, 56:21.780 --> 56:22.780 And he said, 56:30.780 --> 56:32.780 So, and the reason why is because, 56:32.780 --> 56:34.780 why did Jesus allow him to be one of his disciples? 56:34.780 --> 56:38.780 Well, it was prophesied in the Bible that he would, that this would happen. 56:38.780 --> 56:40.780 So the scriptures have to be fulfilled, 56:40.780 --> 56:43.780 and that's why they were fulfilled, 56:43.780 --> 56:45.780 because Jesus picked them. 56:45.780 --> 56:47.780 I mean, wrap your mind around that. 56:47.780 --> 56:50.780 But anyway, John 666, 56:50.780 --> 56:53.780 John 666 says, 56:53.780 --> 56:59.780 From that time many of his disciples went back and walked no more with him. 56:59.780 --> 57:01.780 So, I mean, that's interesting that it's 666, 57:01.780 --> 57:04.780 but he knew who wasn't really with him, 57:04.780 --> 57:06.780 he knew who wasn't really on his team, 57:06.780 --> 57:08.780 and one of those people was Judas Iscariot, 57:08.780 --> 57:10.780 who from the beginning was a devil, 57:10.780 --> 57:12.780 from the beginning he believed not, 57:12.780 --> 57:15.780 he was a bad guy, he was evil, he was wicked, 57:15.780 --> 57:19.780 and his, one of his nicknames in scripture is the son of perdition. 57:19.780 --> 57:24.780 So Jesus called him that specifically by name in John chapter 17. 57:24.780 --> 57:28.780 If you have the red letter edition, isn't that Jesus talking there? 57:28.780 --> 57:32.780 Except, you know, none of them are lost, 57:32.780 --> 57:34.780 you know, if you're not saved, you're what? 57:34.780 --> 57:36.780 Lost. 57:36.780 --> 57:39.780 So none of them are lost but the son of perdition. 57:39.780 --> 57:41.780 And Judas was that person. 57:41.780 --> 57:45.780 So, 2 Peter chapter 3 verse 7. 57:45.780 --> 57:47.780 2 Peter chapter 3 verse 7. 57:49.780 --> 57:51.780 2 Peter chapter 3 verse 7. 57:51.780 --> 57:52.780 The Bible says, 57:52.780 --> 57:56.780 But the heavens and the earth, 57:56.780 --> 58:00.780 which are now by the same word are kept in store, 58:00.780 --> 58:07.780 reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. 58:07.780 --> 58:10.780 So none of the times that I've showed you the word perdition in the Bible 58:10.780 --> 58:13.780 is there a positive mention of someone being saved. 58:13.780 --> 58:16.780 All these people are not saved, 58:16.780 --> 58:17.780 they're the opposite of being saved, 58:17.780 --> 58:19.780 they're headed for destruction, 58:19.780 --> 58:21.780 they're headed for perdition, 58:21.780 --> 58:23.780 they're headed for the pits of hell. 58:23.780 --> 58:27.780 And there's no escaping the pits of hell. 58:27.780 --> 58:30.780 The people that go there are going to go there for all eternity. 58:30.780 --> 58:34.780 So now let's look at Revelation chapter 17. 58:34.780 --> 58:39.780 So, Revelation 17 is obviously talking about the beast 58:39.780 --> 58:42.780 and a lot of these verses we've covered multiple times 58:42.780 --> 58:44.780 but I do want you to see this 58:44.780 --> 58:47.780 specifically because of this point. 58:47.780 --> 58:50.780 Revelation 17 says, 58:50.780 --> 58:55.780 The beast that thou sawest was and is not 58:55.780 --> 59:00.780 and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit and go into perdition. 59:00.780 --> 59:02.780 I just said that people can't escape hell 59:02.780 --> 59:06.780 but it sounds like the antichrist is going to escape hell for a little while, isn't it? 59:06.780 --> 59:10.780 How does he get to hell in the first place? 59:10.780 --> 59:12.780 How does he get to hell? 59:12.780 --> 59:17.780 Well, the Bible says that he was and is not and shall ascend. 59:17.780 --> 59:22.780 So, the antichrist, the beast, pictures Jesus Christ, he's a copycat. 59:22.780 --> 59:24.780 That's what the devil has always done, 59:24.780 --> 59:27.780 he's always tried to mimic the things that God does 59:27.780 --> 59:30.780 to try to get people to ultimately worship him. 59:30.780 --> 59:33.780 That's why he always institutes all these false religions 59:33.780 --> 59:36.780 so people will ultimately, they might not know it, 59:36.780 --> 59:39.780 you know, the minions or whatever of the religion might not know it, 59:39.780 --> 59:42.780 but the end of that religion is the devil. 59:42.780 --> 59:46.780 Just any religion, just pick a religion that's not Christianity 59:46.780 --> 59:50.780 and the end of that religion is the devil, Satan, right? 59:50.780 --> 59:56.780 So, it says that he shall ascend out of the bottomless pit and go into perdition. 59:56.780 --> 59:58.780 So, what does that mean? Well, he's lost. 59:58.780 --> 01:00:02.780 He's, you know, it's funny, it's just a weird saying because it says, 01:00:02.780 --> 01:00:06.780 you know, so the beast obviously is the antichrist, right? 01:00:06.780 --> 01:00:11.780 And then it says he's going to ascend, because he was and is not, he shall ascend. 01:00:11.780 --> 01:00:16.780 When you ascend, you know, you're coming out, he's coming out of the bottomless pit 01:00:16.780 --> 01:00:20.780 and the Bible talks about the bottomless pit being hell. 01:00:20.780 --> 01:00:22.780 It calls it the pit. 01:00:22.780 --> 01:00:27.780 When Korah and his minions were, they dropped down into hell, 01:00:27.780 --> 01:00:31.780 the earth swallowed them up and dropped them alive into the pit. 01:00:31.780 --> 01:00:36.780 So, it says, and go into perdition and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder 01:00:36.780 --> 01:00:40.780 whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world 01:00:40.780 --> 01:00:46.780 when they beheld the beast that was and is not and yet is. 01:00:46.780 --> 01:00:50.780 It's very cryptic writing here, but what is it talking about? 01:00:50.780 --> 01:00:56.780 Well, it sounds to me like the guy, the antichrist, before he, you know, 01:00:56.780 --> 01:00:58.780 this moment happens, he's killed. 01:00:58.780 --> 01:01:00.780 That's what it sounds like to me. 01:01:00.780 --> 01:01:05.780 And then he, you know, obviously what happens to a person that's lost when they die? 01:01:05.780 --> 01:01:07.780 They go to hell, don't they? 01:01:07.780 --> 01:01:14.780 So this isn't talking about necessarily his, his physical body coming out of hell. 01:01:14.780 --> 01:01:17.780 It's his soul or spirit. 01:01:17.780 --> 01:01:23.780 And it says that they will be, it says that these, the people that shall wonder 01:01:23.780 --> 01:01:28.780 and like be, you know, freaking out about this are the people whose names are not written in the book of life. 01:01:28.780 --> 01:01:32.780 Not the ones that are written, the ones that are not written in the book of life, 01:01:32.780 --> 01:01:38.780 from the foundation of the world when they behold the beast that was and is not and yet is. 01:01:38.780 --> 01:01:43.780 See, a lot of people, they're like, well, you know, the devil doesn't have the power to resurrect people. 01:01:43.780 --> 01:01:49.780 Well, maybe he is allowed to have the power to resurrect people at that time, just this one time. 01:01:49.780 --> 01:01:50.780 You know, why? 01:01:50.780 --> 01:01:54.780 Because basically there's a bunch of people that are trash in this world 01:01:54.780 --> 01:02:00.780 and, you know, Pastor Anderson preached a really good sermon about it a few years ago called People That Are Trash. 01:02:00.780 --> 01:02:06.780 And there are some people that are trash and what happens to trash at home? 01:02:06.780 --> 01:02:12.780 Well, you take it outside of your garbage can in the garbage, you know, in the kitchen or wherever you keep it 01:02:12.780 --> 01:02:15.780 and you take that and you dump that into another trash can 01:02:15.780 --> 01:02:21.780 and then that trash can gets picked up by a trash collector who throws it into another trash compactor 01:02:21.780 --> 01:02:27.780 and then that trash can takes it to another place and dumps it in the final trash can where it's going to go. 01:02:27.780 --> 01:02:33.780 That's kind of how the devil, you know, God uses the devil for his own means also. 01:02:33.780 --> 01:02:38.780 So this guy here, he is the son of perdition. 01:02:38.780 --> 01:02:47.780 That means there's something similar between him and Judas in this place that Judas seemed like he was saved. 01:02:48.780 --> 01:02:53.780 The anti-Christ is going to seem like he's saved too and a lot of people are going to believe in him. 01:02:53.780 --> 01:03:02.780 And then when he dies and is resurrected, however that happens, whether it's fake or whatever, a lot of people speculate on this. 01:03:02.780 --> 01:03:07.780 But it seems to be, when the Bible says someone is not, that means that they're dead. 01:03:07.780 --> 01:03:12.780 If you just study scripture on that subject, that's what it's talking about. 01:03:12.780 --> 01:03:20.780 And in Revelation 13 you see the evil trinity where you have the beast, the false prophet and the dragon 01:03:20.780 --> 01:03:25.780 all working together and controlling the whole world at this time. 01:03:25.780 --> 01:03:29.780 So now let's read on here. Look at verse 9, it says, 01:03:29.780 --> 01:03:36.780 And here is the mine which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman sitteth. 01:03:36.780 --> 01:03:41.780 And there are seven kings, five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come. 01:03:41.780 --> 01:03:44.780 And when he cometh, he must continue a short space. 01:03:44.780 --> 01:03:54.780 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is of the eighth and is of the seventh, and goeth into perdition. 01:03:54.780 --> 01:04:02.780 So this guy's not saved, obviously. It sounds to me like he comes out of the bottomless pit. 01:04:02.780 --> 01:04:06.780 When someone dies that's not saved, their soul goes to hell. 01:04:06.780 --> 01:04:09.780 When someone dies that's saved, their soul goes to heaven. Right? 01:04:09.780 --> 01:04:11.780 You guys all agree with that? 01:04:11.780 --> 01:04:17.780 Okay, so if he's coming out of the bottomless pit, if he's ascending from the bottomless pit and going into perdition, 01:04:17.780 --> 01:04:21.780 you know, eventually he's not coming out of hell and being saved. 01:04:21.780 --> 01:04:25.780 Jesus Christ descended into hell and he's saved. 01:04:25.780 --> 01:04:30.780 But see, the son of perdition is going into hell and coming out and he's going into perdition. 01:04:30.780 --> 01:04:33.780 He's going ultimately into another destruction. 01:04:33.780 --> 01:04:37.780 Okay, and whether you believe that he's literally resurrected or not, 01:04:37.780 --> 01:04:41.780 it sounds to me like the Bible's saying that he does come out of the bottomless pit. 01:04:41.780 --> 01:04:45.780 What else is the bottomless pit? Does anybody else have another theory behind that? 01:04:45.780 --> 01:04:48.780 Because that's to me what it sounds like it's saying. 01:04:48.780 --> 01:04:54.780 So number two tonight, Judas is the only man besides the Antichrist that Satan indwells in scripture. 01:04:55.780 --> 01:05:02.780 Judas is the only man besides the Antichrist that the Satan indwells in scripture. 01:05:02.780 --> 01:05:07.780 Now I'm sure it's possible that Satan indwells other beings, other humans. 01:05:07.780 --> 01:05:11.780 We know he indwelt a serpent in the garden. 01:05:11.780 --> 01:05:16.780 So he's capable of indwelling animals. 01:05:16.780 --> 01:05:21.780 So one thing that's kind of freaky about these devils, 01:05:21.780 --> 01:05:24.780 I don't want to scare anybody in here tonight or have them have bad dreams, 01:05:24.780 --> 01:05:33.780 but when Jesus passed the legion out of the demoniac, the maniac of Gadara, 01:05:33.780 --> 01:05:38.780 where did they ask to go? Into the pigs, right? 01:05:38.780 --> 01:05:40.780 And then they went off the cliff or whatever. 01:05:40.780 --> 01:05:45.780 So apparently they can indwell animals, so just saying. 01:05:45.780 --> 01:05:50.780 So maybe that's what's wrong with pit bulls, they're all just demon dogs or something. 01:05:50.780 --> 01:05:54.780 They're the dogs of perdition. 01:05:54.780 --> 01:05:57.780 But anyway, except for Kovu. 01:05:57.780 --> 01:06:05.780 Anyway, so Judas is the only man that it's talked about in scripture that Satan actually indwells. 01:06:05.780 --> 01:06:07.780 It specifically says it in scripture. 01:06:07.780 --> 01:06:15.780 Now to say that it says that Satan enters into the beast or the man of sin, 01:06:15.780 --> 01:06:23.780 it doesn't exactly say it like that, but it's very clear that Satan is energizing this man of sin. 01:06:23.780 --> 01:06:25.780 So first let's look at John chapter 13 verse 21. 01:06:25.780 --> 01:06:29.780 John chapter 13 verse 21. 01:06:29.780 --> 01:06:31.780 John 13 21, the Bible says, 01:06:31.780 --> 01:06:37.780 When Jesus had thus said he was troubled in spirit and testified and said, 01:06:37.780 --> 01:06:42.780 Verily, verily, I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me. 01:06:42.780 --> 01:06:48.780 Then the disciples looked on one another, doubting of whom he spake. 01:06:48.780 --> 01:06:53.780 Now there was leaning on Jesus' bosom one of his disciples whom Jesus loved. 01:06:53.780 --> 01:07:00.780 Stime and Peter therefore beckoned to him that he should ask who it should be of whom he spake. 01:07:00.780 --> 01:07:05.780 So Jesus is saying, he's in the room with only his disciples and he's saying, 01:07:05.780 --> 01:07:07.780 one of you are going to betray me. 01:07:07.780 --> 01:07:11.780 And they're all just like, is it me? 01:07:11.780 --> 01:07:13.780 Look what it says in verse 25. 01:07:13.780 --> 01:07:19.780 Then, he then lying on Jesus' breast saith unto him, Lord, who is it? 01:07:19.780 --> 01:07:25.780 Jesus answered, He it is to whom I give a sop when I have dipped it. 01:07:25.780 --> 01:07:30.780 And when he had dipped the sop, he gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon. 01:07:30.780 --> 01:07:32.780 Was Jesus very clear on who it was? 01:07:32.780 --> 01:07:36.780 He was, wasn't he? He's like, whoever dipped the sop, they give it to him. 01:07:36.780 --> 01:07:39.780 He dips the sop and hands it to Judas. 01:07:39.780 --> 01:07:42.780 And look what it says in verse 27. 01:07:42.780 --> 01:07:46.780 And after the sop, Satan entered into him. 01:07:46.780 --> 01:07:50.780 Then said Jesus unto him, That thou doest do quickly. 01:07:50.780 --> 01:07:54.780 So there's a communication going on between him and Jesus at this time 01:07:54.780 --> 01:07:59.780 and nobody else kind of really understands what it is that they're talking about. 01:07:59.780 --> 01:08:06.780 But he's really, he's speaking to this man who's possessed by Satan himself at this point. 01:08:06.780 --> 01:08:08.780 He's talking to Satan, right? 01:08:08.780 --> 01:08:11.780 He's talking to Judas who's controlled by Satan. 01:08:11.780 --> 01:08:15.780 Now no man at the table knew for what intent he spake this unto him, 01:08:15.780 --> 01:08:18.780 for some of them thought because Judas had the bag, 01:08:18.780 --> 01:08:23.780 that Jesus had said unto him, buy those things that we have need of against the feast, 01:08:23.780 --> 01:08:27.780 or that he should give something to the poor. 01:08:27.780 --> 01:08:33.780 He then having received the sop, went immediately out, and it was night. 01:08:33.780 --> 01:08:39.780 So this happens, obviously there's other perspectives of this that have different details, 01:08:39.780 --> 01:08:48.780 but I just wanted to show you that the Bible specifically says that Satan entered into Judas the man at that time. 01:08:48.780 --> 01:08:52.780 And there's no other time in scripture where you see that happen besides Judas. 01:08:52.780 --> 01:08:56.780 So how is Judas like the Antichrist in this way? 01:08:56.780 --> 01:09:04.780 Now the Antichrist is also going to be possessed, or is going to be possessed of the devil basically. 01:09:04.780 --> 01:09:08.780 And I'll kind of lay out why I think that here in a minute. 01:09:08.780 --> 01:09:12.780 And you know, some people might disagree with me, that's fine, 01:09:12.780 --> 01:09:18.780 but I kind of just have this theory about it and it seems to fit together. 01:09:18.780 --> 01:09:21.780 But anyway, let's move on here. 01:09:21.780 --> 01:09:26.780 Go back to 2 Thessalonians chapter 2 verse 6, 2 Thessalonians chapter 2 verse 6. 01:09:26.780 --> 01:09:31.780 So we see for sure, Satan enters into Judas. 01:09:31.780 --> 01:09:34.780 Now in 2 Thessalonians chapter 2 verse 6, it says, 01:09:34.780 --> 01:09:39.780 Now you know that withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time, 01:09:39.780 --> 01:09:42.780 for the mystery of iniquity doth already work, 01:09:42.780 --> 01:09:48.780 only he who now letteth will let until he be taken out of the way. 01:09:48.780 --> 01:09:52.780 So it's talking about a mystery of iniquity that's already been at work. 01:09:52.780 --> 01:09:57.780 And a lot of people will say, until he's taken out of the way, 01:09:57.780 --> 01:10:00.780 and dispensationalists and pre-tribbers will say, 01:10:00.780 --> 01:10:04.780 well it's talking about the Holy Spirit, is the Holy Spirit the mystery of iniquity that already works? 01:10:04.780 --> 01:10:09.780 I mean that doesn't, that's never really made sense to me why they think that. 01:10:09.780 --> 01:10:16.780 It says only now, only he who now letteth will let until he be taken out of the way. 01:10:16.780 --> 01:10:18.780 Apparently something's going to be taken out of the way, 01:10:18.780 --> 01:10:21.780 but it sounds like the mystery of iniquity is already at work, 01:10:21.780 --> 01:10:24.780 but it's going to be revealed in verse number 8. 01:10:24.780 --> 01:10:28.780 Where it says, and then shall that wicked be revealed. 01:10:28.780 --> 01:10:32.780 So that wicked is another name for the Antichrist. 01:10:32.780 --> 01:10:36.780 That wicked, that's a pretty bad name to also have. 01:10:36.780 --> 01:10:39.780 Then that wicked, shall that wicked be revealed, 01:10:39.780 --> 01:10:41.780 whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, 01:10:41.780 --> 01:10:44.780 and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming. 01:10:44.780 --> 01:10:49.780 Even him whose coming is after the working of Satan, 01:10:49.780 --> 01:10:53.780 with all power and signs and lying wonders. 01:10:53.780 --> 01:10:58.780 So this man at some point is going to have the power of Satan, 01:10:58.780 --> 01:11:00.780 it says with all power. 01:11:00.780 --> 01:11:03.780 Satan has a lot of power doesn't he on this world right now. 01:11:03.780 --> 01:11:05.780 He's going to give that power to this man. 01:11:05.780 --> 01:11:08.780 It says, and signs and lying wonders, 01:11:08.780 --> 01:11:12.780 and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness, 01:11:12.780 --> 01:11:15.780 and them that perish because they receive not the love of the truth, 01:11:15.780 --> 01:11:17.780 that they might be saved. 01:11:17.780 --> 01:11:21.780 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion 01:11:21.780 --> 01:11:23.780 that they should believe a lie, 01:11:23.780 --> 01:11:27.780 that they all might be damned who believe not the truth, 01:11:27.780 --> 01:11:29.780 but had pleasure in unrighteousness. 01:11:29.780 --> 01:11:31.780 So God's allowing this to happen. 01:11:31.780 --> 01:11:36.780 God's allowing this man of sin to be empowered by Satan himself 01:11:36.780 --> 01:11:40.780 with all these signs and power and lying wonders, 01:11:40.780 --> 01:11:43.780 and God's going to send a strong delusion 01:11:43.780 --> 01:11:46.780 that they should believe the lies that he's telling, 01:11:46.780 --> 01:11:48.780 that they all might be damned. 01:11:48.780 --> 01:11:51.780 So again the giant trash collector is just, 01:11:51.780 --> 01:11:55.780 he's collecting trash and really it is for God. 01:11:55.780 --> 01:11:58.780 God is not going to let these people into heaven. 01:11:58.780 --> 01:12:02.780 These people that choose not to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, 01:12:02.780 --> 01:12:05.780 their ultimate end is destruction. 01:12:05.780 --> 01:12:11.780 But now turn to John, 1 John 2.18, 1 John 2.18. 01:12:11.780 --> 01:12:14.780 And it talks about this spirit of Antichrist. 01:12:14.780 --> 01:12:17.780 And you know there's the Babylon, 01:12:17.780 --> 01:12:20.780 there's the spirit of Babylon which sits on many waters, 01:12:20.780 --> 01:12:24.780 and you know it's this, I showed you like a few weeks ago 01:12:24.780 --> 01:12:30.780 that Ephah where wickedness is in. 01:12:30.780 --> 01:12:34.780 It's called a female horse. 01:12:34.780 --> 01:12:36.780 I'm just kidding. 01:12:36.780 --> 01:12:38.780 I was just trying to see if he was awake out there. 01:12:38.780 --> 01:12:43.780 All right so, but there's a spirit of Antichrist 01:12:43.780 --> 01:12:45.780 and the devil personifies this spirit. 01:12:45.780 --> 01:12:47.780 He's the one that came up with it. 01:12:47.780 --> 01:12:51.780 I mean it's fully his, right? 01:12:51.780 --> 01:12:53.780 He says, little children, as last time, 01:12:53.780 --> 01:12:56.780 and as you have heard that Antichrist shall come, 01:12:56.780 --> 01:12:57.780 that's singular, right? 01:12:57.780 --> 01:13:02.780 Even now are there many Antichrists whereby we know that it's the last time. 01:13:02.780 --> 01:13:06.780 This was written 2,000 years ago, so that spirit has been around for a while. 01:13:06.780 --> 01:13:09.780 They went out from us, but they were not of us. 01:13:09.780 --> 01:13:12.780 For if they had been of us, they no doubt, 01:13:12.780 --> 01:13:14.780 they would no doubt have continued with us, 01:13:14.780 --> 01:13:17.780 but they went out that they might be made manifest, 01:13:17.780 --> 01:13:19.780 that they were not all of us. 01:13:19.780 --> 01:13:20.780 So what is this talking about? 01:13:44.780 --> 01:13:48.780 So they're called the children of Belial, the sons of Belial, 01:13:48.780 --> 01:13:53.780 you know, reprobates, they're called all different things in the scriptures, 01:13:53.780 --> 01:13:57.780 but notice that one of the things that we know about them is that 01:13:57.780 --> 01:14:01.780 it says they went out from us, but they were not all of us. 01:14:01.780 --> 01:14:03.780 I'm not saying everybody that leaves is an Antichrist, 01:14:03.780 --> 01:14:05.780 but some of them are. 01:14:05.780 --> 01:14:07.780 And it says for if they had been of us, 01:14:07.780 --> 01:14:10.780 they would no doubt have continued with us, 01:14:10.780 --> 01:14:13.780 but they went out that they might be made manifest, 01:14:13.780 --> 01:14:14.780 that they were not all of us. 01:14:14.780 --> 01:14:18.780 So they want people to see that they're not one of us, okay? 01:14:18.780 --> 01:14:22.780 These people that creep in and pretend to be saved, 01:14:22.780 --> 01:14:25.780 you know, this is something that's been going on for a long time, 01:14:25.780 --> 01:14:28.780 and eventually, you know, the reckoning is going to happen. 01:14:28.780 --> 01:14:31.780 The whirlwind is going to be reaped with these people, 01:14:31.780 --> 01:14:35.780 but God is telling us here that there's an Antichrist going to come, 01:14:35.780 --> 01:14:38.780 but there are already many Antichrists, 01:14:38.780 --> 01:14:43.780 people with this, you know, this spirit of Antichrist. 01:14:43.780 --> 01:14:47.780 And Antichrist doesn't necessarily only mean, you know, 01:14:47.780 --> 01:14:51.780 that he's against Christ because he certainly is against Christ, right? 01:14:51.780 --> 01:14:56.780 But that he wants to be put in place of Christ. 01:14:56.780 --> 01:14:59.780 So not only does he want to, does he not like, 01:14:59.780 --> 01:15:02.780 I mean obviously the Antichrist does not like Christ, okay? 01:15:02.780 --> 01:15:06.780 So he hates God, he hates God's people, 01:15:06.780 --> 01:15:09.780 but also he wants to take the place of Christ. 01:15:09.780 --> 01:15:12.780 So that's why he wants to be worshipped. 01:15:12.780 --> 01:15:16.780 Satan wants to be worshipped, his people want to be adored, 01:15:16.780 --> 01:15:18.780 they want to be given special power and privilege, 01:15:18.780 --> 01:15:20.780 and they think that they can win this war, 01:15:20.780 --> 01:15:22.780 but they're wrong about that. 01:15:22.780 --> 01:15:25.780 See, the devil deceives everybody, including his own people, 01:15:25.780 --> 01:15:27.780 that he supposedly loves. 01:15:27.780 --> 01:15:29.780 These people are devoted unto Satan, 01:15:29.780 --> 01:15:32.780 and you know, you're like, well, do you really think there are people 01:15:32.780 --> 01:15:33.780 that are just actual devil worshippers? 01:15:33.780 --> 01:15:36.780 Yeah, I do. I absolutely do. 01:15:36.780 --> 01:15:40.780 You know, they're called the followers of Baal in the Old Testament. 01:15:40.780 --> 01:15:44.780 Like, they knew that that was Satan, it was just common knowledge. 01:15:44.780 --> 01:15:47.780 They sacrificed their children into the fires of Molech 01:15:47.780 --> 01:15:49.780 and all these other false gods. 01:15:49.780 --> 01:15:51.780 These people are evil. 01:15:51.780 --> 01:15:54.780 But these people, you know, and what did Judas do? 01:15:54.780 --> 01:15:57.780 He went out from among them, didn't he? 01:15:57.780 --> 01:16:00.780 And they didn't even realize what was going on there, 01:16:00.780 --> 01:16:03.780 but that he was Satanically controlled at that time, 01:16:03.780 --> 01:16:04.780 and what was he going out to do? 01:16:04.780 --> 01:16:07.780 He was going out to sell Jesus for 30 pieces of silver. 01:16:07.780 --> 01:16:09.780 Wicked person. 01:16:09.780 --> 01:16:12.780 He's getting everything he had coming to him right now. 01:16:12.780 --> 01:16:15.780 Because Judas eventually kills himself. 01:16:15.780 --> 01:16:20.780 Judas, you know, even though he seems to feel bad for what he did, 01:16:20.780 --> 01:16:24.780 whatever, he didn't necessarily intend for Jesus to get killed 01:16:24.780 --> 01:16:27.780 or whatever it is that he had going through his mind, 01:16:27.780 --> 01:16:31.780 but, you know, he allowed Satan to enter, you know, into him. 01:16:31.780 --> 01:16:32.780 He was unsaved. 01:16:32.780 --> 01:16:34.780 Anybody that's unsaved can have Satan enter into them. 01:16:34.780 --> 01:16:35.780 Did you know that? 01:16:35.780 --> 01:16:39.780 Satan or any of his devils. 01:16:40.780 --> 01:16:43.780 So now look at 1 John chapter 2 verse 22. 01:16:43.780 --> 01:16:47.780 1 John chapter 2 verse 22. 01:16:47.780 --> 01:16:48.780 It says, 01:16:48.780 --> 01:16:52.780 Who is a liar, but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ, 01:16:52.780 --> 01:16:56.780 he is antichrist that denieth the Father and the Son. 01:16:56.780 --> 01:16:58.780 So people that don't believe, 01:16:58.780 --> 01:17:01.780 they have a spirit of antichrist, don't they? 01:17:01.780 --> 01:17:04.780 They deny the Father and the Son. 01:17:04.780 --> 01:17:08.780 It says, Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father, 01:17:08.780 --> 01:17:12.780 but he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. 01:17:12.780 --> 01:17:14.780 Turn to 1 John chapter 4 verse 1. 01:17:14.780 --> 01:17:16.780 So if someone did not, 01:17:16.780 --> 01:17:21.780 look, Judas lived with Jesus for three years. 01:17:21.780 --> 01:17:25.780 He knew that Jesus, he knew what Jesus was, 01:17:25.780 --> 01:17:26.780 but yet he just didn't believe. 01:17:26.780 --> 01:17:27.780 Why did he not want to believe? 01:17:27.780 --> 01:17:31.780 Well, because he wanted that money. 01:17:31.780 --> 01:17:32.780 He wanted something else. 01:17:32.780 --> 01:17:33.780 And some people love, 01:17:33.780 --> 01:17:36.780 the Bible says that men love darkness rather than light 01:17:36.780 --> 01:17:38.780 because their deeds are evil. 01:17:38.780 --> 01:17:40.780 Some people just want their sin, 01:17:40.780 --> 01:17:42.780 they want their darkness, 01:17:42.780 --> 01:17:43.780 they want what they want, 01:17:43.780 --> 01:17:45.780 and they don't care what God wants. 01:17:45.780 --> 01:17:47.780 And so they're willing to deny him 01:17:47.780 --> 01:17:49.780 and not believe in him and go to hell 01:17:49.780 --> 01:17:52.780 so they can get what they want on this earth right now. 01:17:52.780 --> 01:17:55.780 And it's real sad, 01:17:55.780 --> 01:17:57.780 because isn't that what Judas did? 01:17:57.780 --> 01:17:59.780 Lived with Jesus for three years, 01:17:59.780 --> 01:18:02.780 pretended to be one of the homies. 01:18:03.780 --> 01:18:07.780 He pretended to love preaching and be a preacher. 01:18:07.780 --> 01:18:10.780 I mean, he went out preaching. 01:18:10.780 --> 01:18:13.780 And he betrayed the Lord, 01:18:13.780 --> 01:18:16.780 the greatest man the world has ever known. 01:18:16.780 --> 01:18:18.780 Did not deserve that. 01:18:18.780 --> 01:18:20.780 1 John 4 one says, 01:18:20.780 --> 01:18:22.780 Beloved, believe not every spirit, 01:18:22.780 --> 01:18:24.780 but try the spirits whether they are of God, 01:18:24.780 --> 01:18:29.780 because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 01:18:29.780 --> 01:18:32.780 And Judas was a false prophet. 01:18:32.780 --> 01:18:33.780 And you know what? 01:18:33.780 --> 01:18:34.780 There's going to be a false prophet 01:18:34.780 --> 01:18:36.780 working alongside the beast, 01:18:36.780 --> 01:18:37.780 working alongside the Antichrist, 01:18:37.780 --> 01:18:40.780 and in reality he's a false prophet too. 01:18:40.780 --> 01:18:43.780 Because you know, you had the prophets of the Bible, 01:18:43.780 --> 01:18:46.780 and sometimes like David had like Nathaniel the prophet, 01:18:46.780 --> 01:18:48.780 and he had Gad the prophet, 01:18:48.780 --> 01:18:51.780 but doesn't the Bible say that David was a prophet also? 01:18:51.780 --> 01:18:54.780 David's quoted in the Psalms, 01:18:54.780 --> 01:18:57.780 and that he went to hell for three days and three nights, 01:18:57.780 --> 01:18:58.780 or whatever, 01:18:58.780 --> 01:19:01.780 he was quoted as being a prophet. 01:19:01.780 --> 01:19:03.780 Abraham was a prophet. 01:19:03.780 --> 01:19:04.780 You know, there's many different kings 01:19:04.780 --> 01:19:06.780 that also were prophets at the same time. 01:19:06.780 --> 01:19:08.780 Even Solomon was a prophet. 01:19:08.780 --> 01:19:11.780 You know, he wrote the Proverbs and things like that. 01:19:11.780 --> 01:19:14.780 So I believe that the Antichrist is a prophet also, 01:19:14.780 --> 01:19:17.780 but he also has that man that's called the false prophet 01:19:17.780 --> 01:19:20.780 that's actually, you know, he's got that title or whatever, 01:19:20.780 --> 01:19:25.780 but you know, this other guy is a prophet of the devil too, 01:19:25.780 --> 01:19:27.780 because he receives worship, doesn't he? 01:19:27.780 --> 01:19:30.780 He tells, he makes great speeches 01:19:30.780 --> 01:19:32.780 and says great things against God. 01:19:32.780 --> 01:19:33.780 So he's a false prophet. 01:19:33.780 --> 01:19:37.780 He's prophesying and preaching falsely against God. 01:19:37.780 --> 01:19:38.780 So it says, 01:19:38.780 --> 01:19:39.780 Because many false prophets are gone in the world, 01:19:39.780 --> 01:19:41.780 hereby know ye the Spirit of God, 01:19:41.780 --> 01:19:43.780 every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ 01:19:43.780 --> 01:19:45.780 is come in the flesh is of God, 01:19:45.780 --> 01:19:48.780 and every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus is come, 01:19:48.780 --> 01:19:50.780 that is come in the flesh is not of God, 01:19:50.780 --> 01:19:52.780 and this is that spirit of Antichrist, 01:19:52.780 --> 01:19:55.780 whereof ye have heard that it should come, 01:19:55.780 --> 01:19:58.780 and even now already is in the world, 01:19:58.780 --> 01:20:01.780 ye are of God, little children, and overcome them, 01:20:01.780 --> 01:20:03.780 because greater is he that is in you 01:20:03.780 --> 01:20:05.780 than he that is in the world. 01:20:05.780 --> 01:20:06.780 Who's the he that is in the world? 01:20:06.780 --> 01:20:08.780 Satan, the devil. 01:20:08.780 --> 01:20:11.780 And you know, we can't be possessed by Satan 01:20:11.780 --> 01:20:15.780 because greater is he that is in us, the Holy Spirit, 01:20:15.780 --> 01:20:16.780 than he that is in the world. 01:20:16.780 --> 01:20:17.780 So we don't have to worry about that. 01:20:17.780 --> 01:20:18.780 If you're saved, 01:20:18.780 --> 01:20:20.780 you don't have to worry about the devil 01:20:20.780 --> 01:20:22.780 or any devil possessing you for any reason. 01:20:22.780 --> 01:20:24.780 Now, can they antagonize us? 01:20:24.780 --> 01:20:26.780 Can they mess with us? 01:20:26.780 --> 01:20:28.780 I'm sure that they can to whatever extent, 01:20:28.780 --> 01:20:29.780 but it's not like we can see them. 01:20:29.780 --> 01:20:32.780 But it says, 01:20:32.780 --> 01:20:34.780 We are of God, verse 6, 01:20:34.780 --> 01:20:37.780 We are of God, he that knoweth God heareth us, 01:20:37.780 --> 01:20:40.780 he that is not of God heareth not us, 01:20:40.780 --> 01:20:44.780 hereby we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error. 01:20:44.780 --> 01:20:46.780 For many deceivers are entered into the world 01:20:46.780 --> 01:20:49.780 who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. 01:20:49.780 --> 01:20:53.780 This is a deceiver and an Antichrist. 01:20:53.780 --> 01:20:56.780 So how do we know that they're an Antichrist? 01:20:56.780 --> 01:20:58.780 Because they're deceiving. 01:20:58.780 --> 01:21:00.780 These deceivers come into the world 01:21:00.780 --> 01:21:03.780 and if they're a deceiver, if they're a false prophet, 01:21:03.780 --> 01:21:04.780 then they are what? An Antichrist. 01:21:04.780 --> 01:21:06.780 So why am I bringing all this up? 01:21:06.780 --> 01:21:08.780 Well, because it says, 01:21:08.780 --> 01:21:12.780 Believe not every spirit. 01:21:12.780 --> 01:21:17.780 The angels of God are ministering spirits. 01:21:17.780 --> 01:21:19.780 So what does that tell you then? 01:21:19.780 --> 01:21:21.780 If a third of the angels fell, 01:21:21.780 --> 01:21:23.780 what are they? 01:21:23.780 --> 01:21:25.780 They're evil spirits from the Lord. 01:21:25.780 --> 01:21:27.780 They're evil spirits that have dropped, 01:21:27.780 --> 01:21:29.780 that have been taken, 01:21:29.780 --> 01:21:31.780 and they sided with Satan in this thing. 01:21:31.780 --> 01:21:34.780 So the devil also is a spirit. 01:21:34.780 --> 01:21:38.780 He's an angel also, a fallen angel. 01:21:38.780 --> 01:21:40.780 And so this spirit of Antichrist 01:21:40.780 --> 01:21:43.780 are spirits of devils, right? 01:21:43.780 --> 01:21:48.780 So his name is the Antichrist. 01:21:48.780 --> 01:21:51.780 So that should just tell you right there 01:21:51.780 --> 01:21:55.780 that his spirit that he has is not the Holy Spirit. 01:21:55.780 --> 01:22:01.780 It's a spirit of Antichrist because he's THE Antichrist. 01:22:01.780 --> 01:22:04.780 So turn to Genesis chapter 3. 01:22:04.780 --> 01:22:08.780 So I mentioned earlier that Satan has a seed also. 01:22:08.780 --> 01:22:11.780 See there was a seed of the woman that was prophesied 01:22:11.780 --> 01:22:13.780 that would destroy the devil 01:22:13.780 --> 01:22:16.780 and this came about after Adam and Eve 01:22:16.780 --> 01:22:18.780 were deceived in the garden 01:22:18.780 --> 01:22:21.780 and the devil possessed that serpent 01:22:21.780 --> 01:22:24.780 and went in and beguiled Eve. 01:22:24.780 --> 01:22:28.780 And his punishment in verse 14, Genesis 3.14 says, 01:22:28.780 --> 01:22:31.780 And the Lord God said unto the serpent, 01:22:31.780 --> 01:22:34.780 Because thou hast done this thou art cursed above all cattle, 01:22:34.780 --> 01:22:36.780 and above every beast of the field, 01:22:36.780 --> 01:22:38.780 upon thy belly shalt thou go, 01:22:38.780 --> 01:22:42.780 and dost shalt thou eat all the days of thy life. 01:22:42.780 --> 01:22:46.780 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman. 01:22:46.780 --> 01:22:48.780 So who's he putting enmity to? 01:22:48.780 --> 01:22:52.780 Enmity between himself and the woman 01:22:52.780 --> 01:22:56.780 and between thy seed and her seed. 01:22:56.780 --> 01:22:59.780 So a lot of people will take this and flip it on its head 01:22:59.780 --> 01:23:03.780 and say that Satan had children with Eve 01:23:03.780 --> 01:23:05.780 or some weird thing like that. 01:23:05.780 --> 01:23:07.780 But that's not what it's talking about. 01:23:07.780 --> 01:23:10.780 The seed that's going to come is that that seed is Christ. 01:23:10.780 --> 01:23:12.780 That's what it's talking about here. 01:23:12.780 --> 01:23:16.780 But it says between thy seed and her seed. 01:23:16.780 --> 01:23:20.780 So it sounds like the devil has his own seed, doesn't he? 01:23:20.780 --> 01:23:23.780 He has someone that's going to be like basically his son. 01:23:23.780 --> 01:23:26.780 Yeah, his name is the son of perdition. 01:23:26.780 --> 01:23:28.780 He's the antichrist, right? 01:23:28.780 --> 01:23:30.780 It says, It shall bruise thy head, 01:23:30.780 --> 01:23:32.780 thou shalt bruise his heel. 01:23:32.780 --> 01:23:36.780 So the devil does have people that he calls his children 01:23:36.780 --> 01:23:39.780 and this is basically his ultimate son or whatever. 01:23:39.780 --> 01:23:42.780 He's going to try to take the place of Christ. 01:23:42.780 --> 01:23:45.780 People are going to believe that this is Christ. 01:23:45.780 --> 01:23:48.780 The Jews right now, they don't believe that Jesus is the Messiah. 01:23:48.780 --> 01:23:50.780 They don't believe that he's the Christ. 01:23:50.780 --> 01:23:53.780 They're still waiting for somebody to come 01:23:53.780 --> 01:23:55.780 and that person that's going to come 01:23:55.780 --> 01:23:58.780 is not going to be who they think it is. 01:23:58.780 --> 01:24:01.780 It's going to be this seed of the devil. 01:24:01.780 --> 01:24:04.780 It's going to be the seed, the antichrist. 01:24:04.780 --> 01:24:06.780 Last point is point number three. 01:24:06.780 --> 01:24:08.780 Judas pretends to be saved. 01:24:08.780 --> 01:24:10.780 I've already kind of covered this a little bit, 01:24:10.780 --> 01:24:13.780 but he pretends to be saved and is finally revealed 01:24:13.780 --> 01:24:15.780 as the devil he is. 01:24:15.780 --> 01:24:18.780 So at this point, you know, what we've seen so far 01:24:18.780 --> 01:24:22.780 that Judas, they don't realize that Judas is bad yet, do they? 01:24:22.780 --> 01:24:25.780 Jesus has always realized he's bad. 01:24:25.780 --> 01:24:28.780 But see, this should be something we should think about. 01:24:28.780 --> 01:24:30.780 Just because someone says they believe, 01:24:30.780 --> 01:24:33.780 just because someone says that they're one of us 01:24:33.780 --> 01:24:35.780 doesn't mean that they are. 01:24:35.780 --> 01:24:39.780 Because even some of the greatest men to ever live 01:24:39.780 --> 01:24:42.780 believed that Judas was the good guy. 01:24:42.780 --> 01:24:46.780 In other parallel passages, it talks about them saying, 01:24:46.780 --> 01:24:48.780 Is it I, Lord? Is it I? 01:24:48.780 --> 01:24:51.780 They're actually thinking that it might be them. 01:24:51.780 --> 01:24:53.780 And it's not them. 01:24:53.780 --> 01:24:55.780 They're thinking, Could it be me? 01:24:55.780 --> 01:24:57.780 Am I the one that's going to do it? 01:24:57.780 --> 01:25:01.780 I mean, that's how deceptive he really was. 01:25:01.780 --> 01:25:05.780 So, now let's look, turn to John chapter 5. 01:25:05.780 --> 01:25:10.780 But, so basically Judas is like the Antichrist 01:25:10.780 --> 01:25:14.780 in the way that he pretends to be saved, 01:25:14.780 --> 01:25:19.780 and then he finally reveals himself to be the devil that he is. 01:25:19.780 --> 01:25:22.780 Like the Antichrist pretends to be Christ 01:25:22.780 --> 01:25:26.780 and is revealed to be a devil as well. 01:25:26.780 --> 01:25:30.780 Because there's going to be a point where this revealing happens, 01:25:30.780 --> 01:25:34.780 just like when Judas revealed who he was. 01:25:34.780 --> 01:25:37.780 So Judas, again, pretended to be saved, 01:25:37.780 --> 01:25:41.780 he was called an apostle for gain. 01:25:41.780 --> 01:25:48.780 And we've already seen those verses where it reveals who he really is, 01:25:48.780 --> 01:25:51.780 but nobody else really knows at this point. 01:25:51.780 --> 01:25:54.780 The same is going to happen with the Antichrist. 01:25:54.780 --> 01:25:57.780 He'll be hailed as the Messiah by the Jews and the whole world, 01:25:57.780 --> 01:26:01.780 and then he's going to pull the old switcheroo, 01:26:01.780 --> 01:26:03.780 just like Judas did at the end. 01:26:03.780 --> 01:26:05.780 So, John chapter 5 verse 43. 01:26:05.780 --> 01:26:07.780 John chapter 5 verse 43. 01:26:07.780 --> 01:26:08.780 The Bible says, 01:26:08.780 --> 01:26:13.780 I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not. 01:26:13.780 --> 01:26:18.780 If another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive. 01:26:18.780 --> 01:26:21.780 So, Jesus came to his own, his own received him not. 01:26:21.780 --> 01:26:23.780 He's saying this, basically, 01:26:23.780 --> 01:26:25.780 I came in my Father's name and you don't receive me, 01:26:25.780 --> 01:26:29.780 but another is going to come in his own name, him ye will receive. 01:26:29.780 --> 01:26:31.780 He's talking to the Jews here. 01:26:31.780 --> 01:26:35.780 So, Jesus already prophesied this was going to happen. 01:26:35.780 --> 01:26:39.780 So, Antichrist, again, pretends to be the Messiah, 01:26:39.780 --> 01:26:41.780 reveals himself as the Antichrist. 01:26:41.780 --> 01:26:44.780 When does he reveal himself to be the Antichrist? 01:28:07.780 --> 01:28:09.780 It's the antichrist, isn't it? 01:28:09.780 --> 01:28:13.780 So, he's going to come and he's going to either personally do it 01:28:13.780 --> 01:28:17.780 or have somebody else do it, but he's going to kill the two witnesses. 01:28:17.780 --> 01:28:19.780 Isn't that what it says? 01:28:19.780 --> 01:28:22.780 The beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them 01:28:22.780 --> 01:28:24.780 and shall overcome them and kill them. 01:28:24.780 --> 01:28:27.780 So, whether he instructs people to do that, 01:28:27.780 --> 01:28:29.780 or whether he does it himself, 01:28:29.780 --> 01:28:32.780 you know, because remember one of the things that he says, 01:28:32.780 --> 01:28:34.780 you know, what the people say about the beast, 01:28:34.780 --> 01:28:36.780 who is able to make war with him, 01:28:36.780 --> 01:28:40.780 because apparently he's a pretty bad you-know-what dude. 01:28:40.780 --> 01:28:44.780 You know, he's somebody that people are very afraid of. 01:28:44.780 --> 01:28:46.780 He has a lot of power. 01:28:46.780 --> 01:28:49.780 So, the timeline of Revelation 1-11, 01:28:49.780 --> 01:28:51.780 if you see it this way, 01:28:51.780 --> 01:28:56.780 is the first telling of the Revelation 01:28:56.780 --> 01:29:01.780 and then 12-22 kind of retells the story, 01:29:01.780 --> 01:29:04.780 but adds other details, minusing other details. 01:29:04.780 --> 01:29:06.780 So, when you get to Revelation chapter 11, 01:29:06.780 --> 01:29:09.780 you know, in chapter 6 the seals are opened 01:29:09.780 --> 01:29:12.780 and then you have the moon becoming blood 01:29:12.780 --> 01:29:15.780 and the sun being darkened and all that stuff. 01:29:15.780 --> 01:29:17.780 That's when we know that Jesus is coming. 01:29:17.780 --> 01:29:20.780 Jesus comes and then the people, you know, 01:29:20.780 --> 01:29:23.780 the great tribulation is over in Revelation chapter 6. 01:29:23.780 --> 01:29:26.780 So, then Revelation chapter 7, 01:29:26.780 --> 01:29:29.780 there's a great multitude that appears in heaven, right? 01:29:29.780 --> 01:29:32.780 The 144,000 are sealed 01:29:32.780 --> 01:29:36.780 and then the wrath of God comes down upon them, 01:29:36.780 --> 01:29:39.780 chapter 8, chapter 9, chapter 10. 01:29:39.780 --> 01:29:41.780 Where are we at right here? 01:31:38.780 --> 01:31:42.780 So the child is Jesus Christ. 01:31:42.780 --> 01:31:43.780 There's no doubt about that. 01:31:43.780 --> 01:31:44.780 So when Jesus was a child, 01:31:44.780 --> 01:31:46.780 Herod tried to murder him. 01:31:46.780 --> 01:31:49.780 Obviously that was under the control of the devil himself also. 01:31:49.780 --> 01:31:50.780 It says, 01:31:50.780 --> 01:31:52.780 And she brought forth a man-child, 01:31:52.780 --> 01:31:55.780 who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron, 01:31:55.780 --> 01:31:59.780 and her child was caught up unto God and to his throne. 01:31:59.780 --> 01:32:03.780 So there is the point where 01:32:03.780 --> 01:32:05.780 she brought up this man-child, 01:32:05.780 --> 01:32:07.780 who was to rule the nations with a rod of iron, 01:32:07.780 --> 01:32:09.780 who was to rule. 01:32:09.780 --> 01:32:11.780 So Jesus Christ is not ruling the nations 01:32:11.780 --> 01:32:14.780 with a rod of iron yet, but he's going to. 01:32:14.780 --> 01:32:18.780 Her child is caught up unto God and to his throne. 01:32:18.780 --> 01:32:19.780 When did that happen? 01:38:49.780 --> 01:38:51.780 Are you guys following me? 01:38:51.780 --> 01:38:53.780 All right, I just want to make sure everybody's following me here. 01:38:53.780 --> 01:38:55.780 So I'm just trying to pinpoint this time 01:38:55.780 --> 01:38:58.780 where the Antichrist is indwelt by Satan himself, 01:38:58.780 --> 01:39:00.780 where he's killed. 01:39:00.780 --> 01:39:02.780 It's, it's somewhere right around the halfway point 01:39:02.780 --> 01:39:05.780 of the final set, you know, 01:39:05.780 --> 01:39:08.780 the final seven years of human history, basically. 01:39:08.780 --> 01:39:10.780 So, look at verse number six, it says, 01:39:10.780 --> 01:39:12.780 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, 01:39:12.780 --> 01:39:14.780 to blaspheme his name in his tabernacle, 01:39:14.780 --> 01:39:16.780 and them that dwell in heaven. 01:39:16.780 --> 01:39:19.780 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, 01:39:19.780 --> 01:39:20.780 and to overcome them, 01:39:20.780 --> 01:39:23.780 and power was given him over all kindreds, 01:39:23.780 --> 01:39:25.780 and tongues, and nations. 01:39:25.780 --> 01:39:27.780 And he exercised, in verse 12 it says, 01:39:27.780 --> 01:39:30.780 And he exercised, he exercisedeth 01:39:30.780 --> 01:39:33.780 all the power of the first beast before him, 01:39:33.780 --> 01:39:35.780 and causeth the earth, 01:39:35.780 --> 01:39:36.780 and them which dwell therein, 01:39:36.780 --> 01:39:38.780 to worship the first beast, 01:39:38.780 --> 01:39:41.780 whose deadly wound was healed. 01:39:41.780 --> 01:39:43.780 So that's the Antichrist. 01:39:43.780 --> 01:39:44.780 He dies. 01:39:44.780 --> 01:39:46.780 He rises from the, the dead. 01:39:46.780 --> 01:39:49.780 It says that he comes out of the bottomless pit, 01:39:49.780 --> 01:39:54.780 and so he actually leaves hell, 01:39:54.780 --> 01:39:56.780 and comes back to earth. 01:39:56.780 --> 01:39:59.780 Apparently he's empowered by the devil himself. 01:39:59.780 --> 01:40:01.780 So, that's how he's like Judas. 01:40:01.780 --> 01:40:03.780 I know it took a long time for me to explain that part of it, 01:40:03.780 --> 01:40:05.780 but it doesn't actually say, 01:40:05.780 --> 01:40:06.780 well, then Satan entered into him, 01:40:06.780 --> 01:40:09.780 but you can see that he has the power of the devil. 01:40:09.780 --> 01:40:11.780 The devil gives him all of his power, 01:40:11.780 --> 01:40:15.780 and, you know, I don't know how he resurrects him, 01:40:15.780 --> 01:40:16.780 or how that exactly works. 01:40:16.780 --> 01:40:17.780 Maybe he's just given, 01:40:17.780 --> 01:40:19.780 I mean, he's given other miraculous powers. 01:40:19.780 --> 01:40:21.780 He can call fire down from heaven. 01:40:21.780 --> 01:40:23.780 He can do all these other miracles. 01:40:23.780 --> 01:40:27.780 So, it shouldn't really surprise us that much. 01:40:27.780 --> 01:40:29.780 So, verse number 14, 01:40:29.780 --> 01:40:32.780 it says, And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth 01:40:32.780 --> 01:40:34.780 by the means of those miracles, 01:40:34.780 --> 01:40:37.780 which he had power to do in the sight of the beast, 01:40:37.780 --> 01:40:39.780 saying to them that dwell on the earth, 01:40:39.780 --> 01:40:42.780 that they should make an image to the beast, 01:40:42.780 --> 01:40:46.780 which had the wound by the sword, and did live. 01:40:46.780 --> 01:40:49.780 I'm going to have you turn to one last set of scriptures tonight, okay? 01:40:49.780 --> 01:40:52.780 I'm sorry that this is such a complicated sermon, 01:40:52.780 --> 01:40:55.780 but it's, it's needed. 01:40:55.780 --> 01:40:56.780 It's needed to understand. 01:40:56.780 --> 01:40:59.780 You know, sometimes things aren't always going to be spoon fed, 01:40:59.780 --> 01:41:00.780 and easy to understand. 01:41:00.780 --> 01:41:03.780 So, trying to chop it up like a bird mom, 01:41:03.780 --> 01:41:06.780 and spit it back in your mouth, but I don't know. 01:41:06.780 --> 01:41:09.780 Some of you might be lost, and that's okay. 01:41:09.780 --> 01:41:15.780 But anyway, so it says that he had the wound by a sword and did live. 01:41:15.780 --> 01:41:20.780 So, something happens to the man who is called the Antichrist. 01:41:20.780 --> 01:41:22.780 He receives this mortal wound, 01:41:22.780 --> 01:41:27.780 and it says that it's a wound by a sword and did live. 01:41:27.780 --> 01:41:29.780 Now, if you turn to Zechariah chapter 11, 01:41:29.780 --> 01:41:32.780 it's very interesting how it talks about this, 01:41:32.780 --> 01:41:36.780 this foolish shepherd, this idle shepherd, 01:41:36.780 --> 01:41:42.780 and it's interesting because this prophecy goes back to Judas. 01:41:42.780 --> 01:41:45.780 So, Zechariah chapter 11 verse 12 says, 01:41:45.780 --> 01:41:49.780 And I said unto them, If you think good, give me my price, 01:41:49.780 --> 01:41:51.780 and if not, forbear. 01:41:51.780 --> 01:41:55.780 So they weighed for my price thirty pieces of silver. 01:41:55.780 --> 01:41:57.780 What's that talking about? 01:41:57.780 --> 01:42:00.780 So Jesus is talking about how, you know, 01:42:00.780 --> 01:42:06.780 this guy is going to pay thirty pieces of silver for his hide, right? 01:42:06.780 --> 01:42:07.780 Or he's going to get paid. 01:42:07.780 --> 01:42:09.780 And it says, And the Lord said unto me, 01:42:09.780 --> 01:42:13.780 Cast it unto the potter, a goodly price that I was prized at of them. 01:42:13.780 --> 01:42:15.780 And I took the thirty pieces of silver, 01:42:15.780 --> 01:42:17.780 and cast them to the potter in the house of the Lord. 01:42:17.780 --> 01:42:20.780 So, what ended up happening when Judas tried to give the money back, 01:42:20.780 --> 01:42:23.780 is that they said, well, we can't take this money back, 01:42:23.780 --> 01:42:25.780 because it's the price of blood. 01:42:25.780 --> 01:42:29.780 But they paid for it out of the money that, you know, 01:42:29.780 --> 01:42:33.780 they paid for this money and gave it to him out of the house of the Lord. 01:42:33.780 --> 01:42:37.780 They came to him to betray him, and then when it comes back, 01:42:37.780 --> 01:42:39.780 they're like, no, we can't take this money, it's blood money. 01:42:39.780 --> 01:42:42.780 It's like, yeah, but you already gave it to him as blood money. 01:42:42.780 --> 01:42:43.780 I don't know. 01:42:43.780 --> 01:42:47.780 These people, you know, what do you mean these people? 01:42:47.780 --> 01:42:49.780 These people, these unbelieving Jews. 01:42:49.780 --> 01:42:51.780 So, and then it says, 01:42:51.780 --> 01:42:56.780 Then I cut asunder mine other staff, even bands, 01:42:56.780 --> 01:42:59.780 that I might break the brotherhood between Judah and Israel. 01:42:59.780 --> 01:43:00.780 And the Lord said unto me, 01:43:00.780 --> 01:43:04.780 Take unto thee yet the instruments of a foolish shepherd. 01:43:04.780 --> 01:43:06.780 For lo, I will raise up a shepherd in the land, 01:43:06.780 --> 01:43:09.780 which shall not visit those that be cut off. 01:43:09.780 --> 01:43:13.780 Neither shall seek the young one, nor heal that is broken, 01:43:13.780 --> 01:43:16.780 nor feed that that standest still, 01:43:16.780 --> 01:43:19.780 but he shall eat the flesh of the fat, 01:43:19.780 --> 01:43:21.780 and tear their claws in pieces. 01:43:21.780 --> 01:43:24.780 Doesn't sound like a very good shepherd there, does it? 01:43:24.780 --> 01:43:28.780 It says, Woe to the idle shepherd that leaveth the flock. 01:43:28.780 --> 01:43:32.780 The sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his right eye. 01:43:32.780 --> 01:43:34.780 His arm shall be clean dried up, 01:43:34.780 --> 01:43:37.780 and his right eye shall be utterly darkened. 01:43:37.780 --> 01:43:40.780 And a lot of people believe, and I personally believe this too, 01:43:40.780 --> 01:43:43.780 this is talking about the antichrist. 01:43:43.780 --> 01:43:45.780 He's going to receive some kind of wound, 01:43:45.780 --> 01:43:48.780 and it talks about him being this idle shepherd. 01:43:48.780 --> 01:43:51.780 Because remember, he's saying he's Christ. 01:43:51.780 --> 01:43:53.780 He's going to pretend that he's Christ, 01:43:53.780 --> 01:43:56.780 and then when he reveals himself, he's going to say, I'm just God. 01:43:56.780 --> 01:43:58.780 He's going to pull up Tyler Doka, and just say, 01:43:58.780 --> 01:44:01.780 I'm actually, you know, you didn't know this about me, 01:44:01.780 --> 01:44:02.780 but I'm actually God. 01:44:02.780 --> 01:44:07.780 You know, but he's actually going to have the power of the devil behind him. 01:44:07.780 --> 01:44:09.780 So, woe unto the idle shepherd, 01:44:09.780 --> 01:44:12.780 the sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his right eye. 01:44:12.780 --> 01:44:16.780 So, I mean, it sounds like when the beast is killed, 01:44:16.780 --> 01:44:19.780 that it's a deadly wound to his head, right? 01:44:19.780 --> 01:44:22.780 So, that's why it kind of ties to the scripture here. 01:44:22.780 --> 01:44:25.780 But isn't it interesting how it's kind of referencing Judas 01:44:25.780 --> 01:44:27.780 and the 30 pieces of silver, 01:44:27.780 --> 01:44:32.780 and tying it into this idle shepherd that's going to receive this deadly wound. 01:44:32.780 --> 01:44:35.780 It's pretty interesting, I think, but, 01:44:35.780 --> 01:44:38.780 so that's all I got for Judas tonight, 01:44:38.780 --> 01:44:40.780 and I know that a lot of that was really complicated. 01:44:40.780 --> 01:44:44.780 Maybe I took a really long time to explain all that stuff, 01:44:44.780 --> 01:44:48.780 but, you know, it's a complicated subject, you know. 01:44:48.780 --> 01:44:51.780 Bible prophecy is not always the easiest thing to study, 01:44:51.780 --> 01:44:54.780 and, you know, we like to, you know, like, 01:44:54.780 --> 01:44:57.780 you know, the tribulation is not seven years. 01:44:57.780 --> 01:44:59.780 You know, I believe that too. 01:44:59.780 --> 01:45:01.780 The tribulation is not seven years. 01:45:01.780 --> 01:45:03.780 The final seven years is Daniel's 70th week. 01:45:03.780 --> 01:45:05.780 I just call it the final seven years. 01:45:05.780 --> 01:45:07.780 If you just call it that, 01:45:07.780 --> 01:45:09.780 and try to get that old IFB, 01:45:09.780 --> 01:45:12.780 or whatever church you were going to that teaches all that junk, 01:45:12.780 --> 01:45:16.780 you know, we need to call things what they are. 01:45:16.780 --> 01:45:19.780 If you just want to call it Daniel's 70th week, that's what it is. 01:45:19.780 --> 01:45:23.780 It's the final seven years upon the earth, okay, 01:45:23.780 --> 01:45:25.780 and there's going to be a lot of things going on, 01:45:25.780 --> 01:45:27.780 but there is going to be a guy, 01:45:27.780 --> 01:45:30.780 and I don't know if his name is actually going to be called the Antichrist, 01:45:30.780 --> 01:45:32.780 but that's what the Bible calls him. 01:45:32.780 --> 01:45:35.780 He is the Antichrist, 01:45:35.780 --> 01:45:38.780 and he holds a lot of similarities with Judas. 01:45:38.780 --> 01:45:40.780 You know, Judas doesn't rule the world or anything like that, 01:45:40.780 --> 01:45:41.780 but you know what? 01:45:41.780 --> 01:45:45.780 Judas comes out, and when he betrays Jesus with a kiss, 01:45:45.780 --> 01:45:47.780 everybody knows that he's the traitor then, 01:45:47.780 --> 01:45:50.780 and then the apostles replace him because they said, 01:45:50.780 --> 01:45:53.780 you know, his bishop Rick must be replaced. 01:45:53.780 --> 01:45:57.780 We have to replace this guy because he was a wicked person. 01:45:57.780 --> 01:46:01.780 So all the disciples knew that it was Judas that betrayed him. 01:46:01.780 --> 01:46:03.780 As soon as it happened in the Garden of Gethsemane, 01:46:03.780 --> 01:46:05.780 it was revealed to everybody, 01:46:05.780 --> 01:46:10.780 but in the same way, when the Antichrist sits in the temple claiming that he's God, 01:46:10.780 --> 01:46:11.780 then everybody's going to know. 01:46:11.780 --> 01:46:16.780 Then Christians will know for sure that that is the Antichrist, all right? 01:46:16.780 --> 01:46:18.780 So those are things that, you know, 01:46:18.780 --> 01:46:19.780 these are things that haven't happened yet, 01:46:19.780 --> 01:46:23.780 so that's why I find it very interesting in Revelation chapter 12, 01:46:23.780 --> 01:46:25.780 how it's just like telling us history that's already happened, 01:46:25.780 --> 01:46:28.780 and then it starts talking about stuff that hasn't happened yet, 01:46:28.780 --> 01:46:31.780 and it's like there's this pause in between there. 01:46:31.780 --> 01:46:33.780 We're in the pause.
